Returns and complaints

Return of goods

The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods to the provider without giving a reason or compensation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes. However, in this case, the buyer must bear the costs incurred in returning the purchased item. The buyer must notify the provider in writing of the intended return of the products or withdrawal from the contract/purchase no later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods, to the e-mail address odlicno@hrib.si, and return the goods within thirty (30) days. When returning the goods, the buyer must provide the transaction account number to which the provider can transfer the purchase price.

Complaints

If the buyer receives the ordered goods that are damaged or do not appear to have the appropriate organoleptic properties, the buyer must immediately notify the provider. If possible, the provider will replace the complained product with an identical, organoleptically appropriate product. If this is not possible or the buyer does not agree with the proposed replacement, the provider will refund the purchase price to the buyer in full.

Complaints and disputes

Disagreements or disputes that may arise during the purchase or implementation of the “GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS” will be resolved by the contractual partners (provider and buyer) by mutual agreement. If they cannot reach an agreement, the court in Celje will have jurisdiction to resolve disputes. In accordance with the third paragraph of Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act, the company Hrib d.o.o. hereby informs that it does not recognize any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act.
