Coconut chips are made from the pith of fresh coconuts, which is dried and cut into leaves. It is high in fibre and protein and low in carbohydrates. Regular coconut consumption regulates digestion and prevents bloating. Coconut is often used to make desserts, cakes, breads and drinks.
